Hawks

At least we think they’re hawks. Two of them showed up about 7 months ago. Then one day there were 2 small hawks flying with them. They seem to cover an area about 5 times the size of our farm, with our place in the middle of their territory. Yesterday one of them landed in a tree next to our house, to check us out, so we could make some pictures.

Absolutely magnificent creatures!

We’ll add a gallery of more birds (there are at least 30 or 40 species here) this week to the pictures of our farm.
